This led to a very comfortable conversation with Dr. Brian who took the time to listen and then explain in detail what to expect. Shortly after my approval, I received a completed and signed application and prescription (required by my state) for permit application. This was all I needed to then obtain my permit from the state. Additionally, I did have to make a phone call to customer service and will say that they were very polite and helpful. This service is and does exactly what they say.
